    Business hours are 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday.
  • What is your Refund/Cancellation policy?
    All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you (the client) decides to cancel project, no refund will be given.
  • What Final Files do I receive?

  • Do I own the rights to my logo?
    You (the client) owns the rights to your final logo files ONLY, Drafts are property of SJohnson Designs and should not be used. It is you (the client) responsibilty to get your logo Trademarked or Copyrighted to become legally yours, if need be.
  • What method of Payment do you accept?
    All invoices are processed through Paypal - You can use your credit or debit card at checkout
  • What Platform do you use to build sites?
    For Portfolios and most other websites I design on Wix, It is very user frendly and is compatable with both portfolio sites and e-commerce. sites. E-commerce clients also have the option of using Shopify. Please note am not developer and only know limited coding. I will be customizing Shopify themes.
  • Where can I purchase a domain?
    Godaddy.com or whois.net there are various websites to purchase domains
